Vilele Dancing - The SING Campaign for HIV/AIDS in Africa @AnnieLennox

When Vilele and his brothers lost both their mother and father to AIDS, they became what is commonly described as a “child headed household”. There are an estimated twelve million orphaned children like them living in Sub Saharan Africa.
The SING Campaign has followed their story and their lives have been been supported and changed for the better. I have two friends who work on related projects and know personally how genuine this campaign is and how just a little can do so much for children who deserve a better life and a good future.
At the time this film clip was made, Villele was only four years old. Music by Annie Lennox.

Help support the SING campaign, visit http://www.anniellennoxSING.com and make a donation.

Annie also gives us an update on the four boys that SING found in South Africa.

Tiny, synchronised moves which they assured me were not rehearsed reinforced the belief that musically they were capable of reading each other’s minds” - Lisa Parker Read more on: http://www.myspace.com/fiftyfoursmusic#ixzz14z7gf0vT

Love this acoustic track, with some cool guitar playing from the Upminster indie band.
